Break it down!!!!
A new (Challenge) to bring the fundamentals back into your regular scheduled program. So many folks focus on getting somewhere in a practice but not actually really visiting the asana that will lead you on the journey. Join me starting Nov 8th as I visit 1 asana a day to realign and restart your practice.
