Smoothie Bowl Bliss

Picking what to eat some days can feel very overwhelming, especially when you have 3 little people demanding to be fed. So I’m sharing my quick and very filling smoothie bowl recipe.



Ingredients:


Frozen -

Blueberries 🫐

Strawberries 🍓

Mango 🥭

Pineapple

Bananas (optional)


1/2 cup of Pea Protein Powder

1 cup of Oak Milk

1 tsp Lavender

1 tsp Chia Seeds

1 tbsp Honey

1 cup of Granola


Fresh:

Pineapples & Strawberries


Instructions:

  1. Blend all the Frozen Fruit, Milk, Protein Powder, Chia Seeds & Lavender

  2. The blend should be thicker than a traditional smoothie.

  3. Pour into the bowl

  4. Top smoothie with Granola & fresh fruit

  5. Drizzle with honey & a few more Chia Seeds.

  6. Enjoy
