Ingredients
1 ¼ cup Wheat or Almond flour
1 cup Quick Oats
¾ cup dark brown sugar
4 very ripe bananas (mashed)
½ cup butter (melted)
2 eggs /or 1 large avocado (mashed)
2 cups Oak Milk / or Heavy Whipping Cream
¼ cup Oak milk
2 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp HPSalt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Butter and flour your pan or use parchment paper.
3. Smash the bananas and set aside.
4. In large bowl mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
5. In another bowl mix the mashed bananas, butter, eggs or avocado, milk, and vanilla extract.
6. Slowly start to pour the wet bowl into the dry and mix continuously.
7. Once mix completely pour your batter into your desired pan and place in the oven.
8. Cook for at least 45 minutes or until cooked completely through. Use a butter knife to check if unsure.
9. Allow bread to cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
10.Serve warm with some butter and honey on top.
