Homework for May:
Invest in more unscripted CHILL SESSIONS. Even in these uncertain times, humans have created a way to force ourselves to be more productive. To produce all day and night and look at Chilling as a virus. Rest is not a sin. You should invest just as much effort in your Chill/Relax sessions as you do your job & responsibilities. So, this month create space for yourself to do nothing.

Binge watch a series
Sleep in
Go to bed early
Eat Breakfast in bed
Take a 30 minute shower
Read a book outside
Bed Yoga Session
Create a living room park date (solo or share the experience)
Bake/Buy your favorite sweet treat and enjoy right before bed
